Runs an organic promises stall
Filou runs a stall on the village square. He sells promises there: "rain tomorrow", "your friend will be in a good mood", "time will pass". The stall works. No one holds it against him when it doesn't. He refunds in songs.

He resold the moon to the moon itself
One night, Filou sold the moon to the moon. The moon paid in light. He says it was his best transaction. The proof: he sleeps at night with a little light under the pillow, just in case.
