The publication director is the legal representative of JL CAPITAL.

3. Hosting

The website and the application are hosted by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, through the Firebase and Google Cloud Platform services. Your data is stored in data centres located within the European Union (regions europe-west1 – Belgium – and europe-west3 – Germany).

4. Intellectual property

All the elements making up the website and the application: interface, source code, Nanou Studio brand, logo, visual identity, illustrations, editorial texts: are the exclusive property of JL CAPITAL or its partners, and are protected by copyright, trademark law and the sui generis right on databases. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, partial or total, without prior written permission, is prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

5. Personal data

The conditions for collecting and processing personal data are described in the Privacy policy. You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability concerning your data. You can exercise these rights by writing through our contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French CNIL.
