His mum let him out of the pouch for happy hour
Banzou came out of his mother's pouch right at apéritif time, on a Sunday, in front of astonished cousins. He asked for a eucalyptus juice with two ice cubes. His mother, charmed, said "this one's got life ahead of him". He actually does.

Invented the Sunday stroll
Banzou refuses to bounce fast. He says you have to "enjoy the scenery". On Tuesdays, he trains his slow-motion bounce. On Sundays, he bounces even more slowly. No one knows where he's going, but they always wait for him, on principle.

Surfs on his tail
Banzou doesn't surf like the others: he lays his tail on the board and lets himself glide. Real surfers say it's cheating. He says it's "another style". He has his own category at the championships. He's alone in his category.
